Refund policy
Reports
This section applies to reports bought at hushcrasher.com/reports. It supplements the Reports section of our Terms of Service.
- Custom reports, such as the Comparable Games Market Analysis: full refund if you cancel before we start working on your report. Once delivered, a custom report is not refundable; if it contains a factual error, we send a corrected version.
- Pre-orders, such as The State of Profitability in the Video Game Industry: refundable on request at any time before release. If the report is not released by the date stated on its page, we offer every buyer a refund.
- Published reports bought after release are not refundable once sent, except for a duplicate or erroneous charge.
To ask for a refund, email [email protected] with your order details. Purchases made through Paddle are refunded by Paddle.
Hushcrasher Tools
Hushcrasher Tools are currently free to use. There is nothing to purchase and therefore nothing to refund. This section will come into force when paid plans launch.
